2016 Volunteer Signup Day

We have several volunteer opportunities in the campaigns that we are pursuing, gatherings that we plan, as well as the organizations that we actively support in northeast Ohio.Your participation in our projects are invaluable as they enable us to serve American Indians, Alaskan Natives, Native Americans, First Peoples, Natives and other indigenous peoples in our community.

The best way to begin is by coming to our Volunteer Signup Day, where you can learn more about how your time and energy may best be spent. Cleveland American Indian Movement values diversity; we actively seek to recruit, develop, and retain people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds whom appreciate and respect the indigenous experience.

Currently we have opportunities including office support, event planning, and various on-going campaigns around exploitative sports mascots. Representatives from American Indian Education Center and People Not Mascots will also be available to discuss their organizations and volunteer opportunities.
