Open Doors Day 2013 Nature Walk
“Open Doors” Day is a burgeoning international initiative for neighbours, Houses of Worship, community centres, and additional gathering locations, to open our doors and welcome each other, from new visitors to old friends. This event is sponsored by Asona Ashram — an international hostel, community/retreat centre that celebrates the many different cultures and traditions of our respective communities.
Members of Cleveland American Indian Movement will be on-hand to provide a modest “Native Nature Tour,” highlighting some of the healing qualities and additional information regarding the plant life that is indigenous to our Cuyahoga area.

We are planning to gather at the sheltered tables, near the softball diamonds. You can find these sheltered tables by walking approximately 200 meters Northeast of the Lee Road parking lot, or directly by the Forest Hills Boulevard parking lot.
This event is not sponsored by Cleveland A.I.M. We were asked to publicize this event, and to also offer a Nature Walk @ 1pm. This event begins at 12pm and will continue past 5pm.
